We currently serve clients in 30 states from coast to coast, with offices in Kailua, HI; Tempe, AZ; and Spokane, WA. *Job Description:* *\*\*\* THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORK POSITION\*\*\** Software Engineer is a position that plays a key role in developing several projects, including in-house software solutions as well as customer facing solutions. The position will allow a successful candidate the opportunity to utilize a wide scope of technologies and skills to come up with innovative solutions for our growing company. The position will assist with development, maintenance, and support of software development projects. It’s a position that can grow with the skill and talents of the right candidate. It requires hard work, attention to detail, and an ability to work both independently and also as a member of a team. *Duties:* The successful candidate’s primary duties will be to develop and maintain new and existing features for our existing software products. This will include: managing features on the backlog; writing, testing, and maintaining code; providing support for application end-users (usually internal); participating in the design process and recommending solutions to issues; learning new technologies as needs change and grow; and working as a member of a team. *Our technology stack:* *Languages: *C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/SASS, PowerShell *Data Access: *Entity Framework Core, MS SQL Server, ElasticSearch *Technologies: *ASP.NET Core, Angular, Azure, AWS, Terraform *Required Skills and Experience:* · 5+ years real-world experience developing software on the Microsoft .NET platform · Experience developing Microsoft .NET windows and web applications · Experience writing applications against a database using ADO.NET or Entity Framework · Experience writing web-based applications and a good understating of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript · Experience writing and maintaining unit tests · Critical thinking to be able to deduce solutions to problems · High attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines[TH2] *Additional Skills and Experience that would be beneficial:* · Experience designing and architecting software solutions · Experience with Amazon Web Services · Experience with Microsoft Azure · Good UI/UX Design skills · Experience designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure · Experience writing infrastructure as code Position is full time and will include benefits after successful completion of a probation period.
