Join our global team and see what makes Mitratech a truly exceptional place to work!The Law Firm Services Associate provides operational support for law firms via phone, email, and case management.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Respond to law firm inquiries via support tickets and phone calls, delivering timely and professional serviceIdentify, escalate, and help resolve complex client and internal issues promptlyAssist team members by coordinating tasks including, timekeepers, data entry, inbox management, and other responsibilitiesGuide law firm contacts through website navigation, invoice formatting requirements, submission processes, and variety of related tasks and inquiriesPrioritize workload according to Quovant methodology and department policiesUtilize Zendesk or other CRM software for daily support issues and phone callsMaintain a strong understanding of Quovant servicesCross-train and support other team members within Law Firm Services when needed or as requested by department managerSupport additional projects and initiatives as directed by department leadershipRequirements & SkillsMust HaveMinimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or operational support roleStrong verbal and written communication skills — clear, professional, and client-readyDemonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quicklyAbility to work effectively in a team environment with a genuine commitment to shared successDemonstrated ability to quickly learn proprietary software and adapt to evolving processesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeMust be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain complete confidentialityNice to HaveExperience with Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing platformsProficiency with AI-powered tools to support daily operations and enhance productivityPrior experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) services environmentEducation:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience requiredBachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Communications or related field is desirable Benefits we offer:Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401 (k) + Employer Match Unlimited PTO + 11 Paid Holidays + 4 Annual Paid Global Wellness Days OffSTD, LTD & Group Life InsurancePaid Parental LeavePet InsuranceFSA & HSA OptionsEmployee Assistance ProgramPerks we offer:Remote WorkCareer Advancement & Professional Development Opportunities Employee RecognitionLinkedIn Learning Platform We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities.
