This role focuses on HR policy implementation and operational support, requiring 5+ years of progressive HR experience and proficiency in both English and Spanish. The HRBP will manage employee relations, lead national HR projects, and engage in labor relations issues. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of human rights and employment standards and be proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools. Travel will be required for this position.
