Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred: At least 5 years of experience with J2EE Technologies. At least 4 years in Application Maintenance and Production Support Services and processes. At least 4 years of experience in Web services, WebSphere Message Broker (WMB or similar ex: Web Methods) technologies and also Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, XML. At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle including Application Maintenance and Production Support. At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. At least 3 years of experience in review of Design and architecture, Root Cause Analysis. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Experience to Insurance and Financial services domain. Analytical skills and Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.QualificationsBasic: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
