Manager - IP Disputes and Damages

Overview LVI is working with a nationally recognised economist firm for a fully remote position within its Intellectual Property Disputes and Damages team. The successful candidate will contribute to complex litigation matters involving intellectual property valuation, damages quantification, and dispute analysis. This is a high-visibility role suited for professionals seeking to advance their expertise in expert witness support and litigation strategy. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of expert reports and financial models for litigation matters. Conduct economic and financial analyses related to IP valuation, lost profits, reasonable royalty, and commercial damages. Collaborate with senior experts on case strategy and client deliverables. Support preparation for deposition and trial testimony. Candidate Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Damages, and Disputes. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Experience with expert report drafting is preferred. CPA designation is advantageous but not required. Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting. High level of professionalism and discretion. Flexible working hours and location.
