Travel Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience to join a senior living community for a 13-week assignment.Job Details• Work in a fast-paced senior living community with skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living settings,• Assignment is 13 weeks long with a Monday to Friday schedule,• Primary focus on rehabilitation therapy for older adults,• Coordinate care within an experienced rehab team and collaborate with nursing staff,• Uses Net Health for documentation with training available if needed,Job Requirements• Active PA Physical Therapist license required if applicable,• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist,• Experience working with senior care populations preferred,• Current CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross required,• Completion of a two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date,• Covid-19 vaccination record or exemption required,• Must pass background check and fingerprinting,• Physical exam performed by a licensed medical provider,• Resume required for consideration,Additional Information• Main responsibilities include conducting physical therapy evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and implementing treatment to support resident mobility and safety,• Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and maintaining a resident-centered care environment,• Orientation and support provided for documentation systems,• Scrubs or professional attire may be required in accordance with facility guidelines,
