This gig is for folks who like staying busy, working with a crew, and making sure freight keeps moving in and out without a hitch.Your Role on the FloorTrack shipments and ensure on-time delivery.Resolve shipping issues, delays, and damaged freight.Update shipment status in tracking systems.Communicate shipping updates with customers.Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.Verify shipping details, quantities, and addresses.Maintain shipping records and reports.Work with warehouse and logistics teams to keep freight moving smoothly.Assist with inventory checks and shipment audits.What You'll NeedHigh school diploma or GED required.2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documents.Knowledge of carriers, LTL/FTL shipping methods, and tracking systems.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email.Steel-toes.Why Work HereCha-Ching!Solid weekly pay.Good benefitpackage: medical, dental, vision + life insurance.Optional 401(k)if you want to build savings.Employee discountson stuff you'll actually use."Staffmark was very helpful.
