Brief Description:B003 - BA - Sr*Only submit local candidates to DMV region, Must report to office 3x per week*CONTRACT JOB DESCRIPTION:Duties and ResponsibilitiesHave functional and technical experience in the utilization and implementation of financial software, preferably the Oracle suite.Be able to analyze and recommend resolutions to complex business/technical issues, the ability to effectively communicate project status and demonstrated ability to perform business process engineering.Have demonstrated the ability to lead teams through the delivery of projects which improve end-user productivity while maintaining appropriate business compliance controls.Assess current capabilities and identify high-level business requirement to meet business owner needs.Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.QualificationsRequired Experience minimum of Eight (8) years in the following:Business Analysis and stakeholder managementEnterprise Systems ArchitectureImplementation and managementInformation technology system design, support, and developmentProject Coordination and documentationPMI, Agile, and Scrum methodologiesPreferred Skills Set - 3 years' experience:Financial System Design
