Your responsibilities will include:Oversee culinary operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand integrity at every unitProtect and refine the culinary identity while thoughtfully evolving menus to support growth and market expansionStandardize kitchen systems, recipes, training protocols, and operational procedures to ensure scalable excellencePartner closely with Operations leadership to build a replicable, performance-driven playbook for current and future openingsLead, mentor, and develop Chef de Cuisines, building strong strength to support expansion initiativesDrive financial performance across all units, leveraging procurement strategy, cost control, and margin optimizationOperate at an enterprise level, balancing culinary vision with business strategy to support sustained national growthLocal travel (up to 25%) required to provide on-site leadership and operational support across units BACKGROUND PROFILE: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine overseeing multiple locations with combined annual revenues exceeding $12M+ in upscale or fine dining environments Demonstrated success standardizing systems, recipes, and operational procedures across units Strong financial acumen, including cost control, procurement strategy, labor management, and margin optimization Collaborative leadership style with the ability to partner effectively with Operations and corporate leadership Experience supporting new restaurant openings and expansion initiatives strongly preferred EOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
