HR Office Administrator

Job Description HR Office Administrator LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Tempe who is in search of a full time HR Office Administrator to join their team. This job will handle HR tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files, as well as oversee the day to day office tasks. This is Monday-Friday, fully onsite. The hourly range is between $26/hr-$29/hr DOE.This is a fully onsite role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Support:Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processesMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiriesCoordinate recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and posting job openingsAssist with payroll support, timekeeping, and HR reportingEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsOffice Management Duties:Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplaceManage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenanceCoordinate office events, meetings, and internal communicationsServe as the point of contact for facility-related needsSupport leadership with administrative tasks and special projectsQualifications2+ years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related roleStrong knowledge of HR processes and best practicesExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with HRIS systems is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityIf you are interested, please apply now!Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hourSearch managed by: Cassandra NienowBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
