You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and clinical staff to help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.ScheduleFull TimeMonday - ThursdayDaily ResponsibilitiesSupport small-group and individual instruction for children with autismAssist teachers with lesson implementation and classroom activitiesSupport behavior plans and positive behavior strategiesHelp maintain a structured, safe, and engaging learning environmentCollaborate with classroom and clinical staff to support individualized goalsAssist with transitions, routines, and daily classroom organizationRequired QualificationsInterest in working with children with autism or special needsCurrently enrolled in or pursuing a degree in:EducationPsychologyChild DevelopmentSpecial EducationRelated fieldAbility to follow behavior support plans and classroom proceduresMust pass background checkCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Preferred (Nice-to-Have) QualificationsExperience working with children in educational or childcare settingsCoursework in child development, special education, or behavior analysisInterest in ABA therapy or special education career pathwaysCompensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: Competitive, based on experiencePaid training providedPaid time off (part-time eligible)Holidays observedSupportive team environment with mentorship opportunitiesExcellent experience for graduate or professional programsAbout Marigold Learning AcademyMarigold Learning Academy is an ABA Therapy Center specializing in services for children with autism from toddlerhood through early elementary years.
