People Analytics Consultant
Talent Analytics Consultant Location: Remote
6-month contract
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented contractor to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting HR analytics initiatives, helping us understand employee sentiment, and enabling data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities Collect, gather, analyze, and report on employee survey data to inform strategic HR decisions
Support the design and implementation of employee listening initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
Interpret data, identify emerging trends, and communicate actionable insights to HR and business leaders
Develop, automate, and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
Generate and scale headcount and gross hiring predictive models to support workforce planning and talent acquisition
Collaborate on people analytics projects, contributing expertise to generate impactful recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information
Stay up to date on industry best practices for HR analytics and employee listening
Support ad hoc analytics
Qualifications Bachelor's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Preferred: Masters or PhD level
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative HR and Talent Acquisition data.
Experience with Excel, survey tools (Qualtrics, Employee Voice), data visualization platforms (BI, Visier), AI tools, and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
