Staff Pharmacist

DescriptionThe Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective filling, dispensing, and management of medication orders in accordance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and best practices. Provides medication therapy expertise and drug-related information to patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Oversees medication preparation, storage, distribution, and compliance with all regulatory requirements, as well as supervises supportive personnel when required.RequirementsBachelor of Science in PharmacyMinimum one to three years' experience as a registered pharmacist in a hospital setting preferredCurrent state pharmacist license required
