PharmacistThe Pharmacist performs clinical and professional pharmaceutical work in the compounding and dispensing of drugs and IV supplies. The Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy. The Pharmacist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review and evaluate patient effectiveness and adverse effects. The pharmacist provides information and advice regarding drug interactions and potential side effects as well as analyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.Minimum Requirements:Current registration and/or license as a Pharmacist in state of practice requiredOne (1) year of experience working as a licensed pharmacist preferredComplies with all relevant professional standards of practiceCurrent CPR if applicableTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicableCurrent Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)Must meet all federal, state and local requirementsMust be at least 18 years of age
