Talent Acquisition Specialist, Operations

YMX Logistics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in talent acquisition operations and effective management of candidate processing, compliance, documentation, and candidate experience. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask are essential to ensure smooth progression through the talent funnel.Responsibilities• Coordinate the scheduling of in-person and virtual interviews between business partners, hiring managers, and candidates• Manage pre-employment tasks, including coordinating the request for background checks and drug tests• Maintain recruiting data in Tenstreet• Provide updates to business partners• Handle confidential candidate information with discretion• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain necessary tracking, including OFCCP and DOT compliance• Manage onboarding tasks, such as New Hire paperwork and onsite orientationSourcing and Candidate Identification:Assist in identifying potential candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media platforms and professional networksProactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in potential opportunitiesScreening and Assessment:Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirementsConduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills and cultural fitSchedule interviews for hiring managers and coordinate candidate communicationInterview Support:Assist with the interview scheduling processCollect feedback from interviewers and maintain accurate recordsAdministrative and Operational Support:Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progressAssist with the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platformsPrepare reports and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvementEmployer Branding and Outreach:Support employer branding initiatives by participating in career fairs, campus events and online recruitment eventsAssist in creating engaging content for social media and other recruitment channelsResearch and stay up to date on industry best practices and innovative recruitment strategiesSpecial Projects:Contribute to various HR and Talent Acquisition projects as assigned
