Human Resources Recruiting & Training Representative - $18.16/HR

Overview:Perform administrative tasks for ingoing and outgoing Team Members by participating in recruiting events, initiating candidate hiring, and facilitating Six Flags Trainings.Responsibilities:Greet all team members as they enter the Human Resources OfficeInteract with team members in a professional, courteous, and friendly mannerWork with several HR computing systems including but not limited to, ICIMS, First Advantage Background System, UKG Onboarding, Microsoft Office, SmartsheetsBe informed about team member events and provide communication to team members as neededBe knowledgeable of Human Resources' daily appointments, trainings, recruitment, and special eventsAssist callers in a professional manner, identify needs and route calls appropriatelyAssist in the organization and management of team member filesMaintain confidentiality about team member's personal informationMaintain clean and organized work spaces, training room closets, and storage roomsAdminister Six Flags Orientations to incoming and returning Team MembersAttend Recruiting Events to represent our company and increase applicant interest/flowAdhere to park attendance policyHave daily communication with supervisors in regards to team member status, questions, or concernsSupport the Work & Travel liaison, Front Office Team, Training team and Recruitment team as neededEngrave nametags and print park ID's for team membersReview and respond to Six Flags email on a daily basisComply with all Safety responsibilities, policies, and proceduresQualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldMust be available weekends and evenings depending on the needs of the businessMust be professional, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with othersMust possess strong work ethic and the ability to multi-taskMust be proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
