Coordinator, Partnership Development

About The PositionGolden State is looking for a hardworking and upbeat Coordinator to join our Partnership Development team. In this role, you will assist in the execution of departmental projects while delivering excellent customer service to our corporate partners. You will also be directly responsible for fulfilling sponsorship agreements and executing promotions and events while providing administrative support to the broader Corporate Partnerships team. This position reports to the Director, Partnership Development.This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication!This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with various departments to ensure fulfillment of partnership client deliverablesPlan, assist, and execute game day activations such as partnership client events, promotions, VIP experiences, ticket requests, premium gifting, and hosting client groupsAssist in tracking partner activations (i.e., web, social and radio commercial traffic, as well as activation fund and ticket bank uses)Assist with the development of mid-season and/or end of year partner recapsParticipate in data input and report processing for Warriors and Non-Warriors activationsImplement new strategies based on research, data, success rates, and market trends to ensure 100% customer satisfactionEffectively build and sustain strong partner and internal client relationshipsAttend Warriors home games and special eventsOther duties as assignedRequired Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years of corporate sponsorship and/or sales experience; sports sponsorship preferred from property, agency or brandProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skillsAbility to build positive working relationships with corporate partners and peers at all levels within the organizationAbility to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environmentTime CommitmentAbility to maintain a flexible schedule and attend all home games and special events (i.e., evenings, weekends and holidays) as neededCompensation$21.00 Per Hour + BonusComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for employees and dependentsEmployer 401K matchVacation, Summer Half-Day Fridays and a generous paid time off plan for pregnancy and parental leavesWarriors home tickets, team store discount and more!Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Golden State is an equal opportunity employer.We will ensure that qualified applicants with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.Want to learn more about who we are and what we value?
