We have a Human Resources Manager position available with a construction & engineering company located in Swedesboro NJ.They offer a base salary range of $110,000 or higher based on experience along with an annual bonus structure.Fully paid health benefits.JOB DESCRIPTION:The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role supports business needs by managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, & organizational development while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities:Collaborate, provide direction, and coach leadership, management & all employees related to HR matters, issues or concernsDevelop & implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goalsManage recruitment, selection, onboarding, & retentionManage employee relations, including conflict resolution & disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesSHRM or PHR certification required
