It's about building something that endures.If you're driven by ownership, impact, and the pride of creating something lasting, this is your arena.Your next 5 minutes could land you in our top 5% shortlist - click Apply to start your application (a short, simple step to put you in the running)!Vice President of Supplement SalesROLE SNAPSHOT -Location/Schedule: Remote or On-site, Full-TimePurpose: Own and drive total supplement revenue growth across all sales channelsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Own and deliver on total revenue targets across retail, wholesale, and DTC channelsDrive consistent year-over-year sales growth and performanceExpand distribution across national retailers, natural products channels, and independent storesOpen new accounts while deepening and expanding existing relationshipsBuild, manage, and activate broker and distributor networksDrive DTC revenue in partnership with performance marketing teamsManage pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting with accountabilityExecute quickly to close deals and increase product velocityMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS -Proven CPG sales leadership experience (supplements, nutraceuticals, food/beverage, or consumer health)Demonstrated success driving revenue across retail, wholesale, and/or DTCExperience managing broker networks and distributor relationshipsTrack record with measurable performance (revenue targets, growth rates, territory size)Deep understanding of retail dynamics, pricing, and marginsStrong identity as a sales leader with a focus on resultsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Experience in supplements or nutraceuticalsExisting relationships with key retail partnersExperience scaling brands through broker networksFamiliarity with Shopify or DTC environmentsNational or multi-regional sales leadership experienceWHAT WE OFFER -Opportunity to own and drive significant revenue growthHigh-impact role with direct visibility into resultsAutonomy to build, expand, and execute strategyPerformance-driven environment with meaningful upsideHonest ChallengeThis role is measured by one thing: revenue.
