You will work onsite on the 1st shift (5:30AM-1:30PM) and collaborate with supervisors, quality, and production colleagues to support lean improvement efforts. Your contributions ensure assemblies meet specifications and keep production on schedule.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, fixtures, and inspection equipmentRecord test results and operate basic electrical equipment and flow metersRead and interpret blueprints, route sheets, test specifications, and quality directivesProduce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards; perform touch-up or full surface painting as requiredParticipate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunitiesMaintain a safe, FOD-free work area and ensure equipment calibration per scheduleHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role0-1 year general mechanical work experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specificationsBasic mathematical, verbal, written, and basic computer skillsStrong mechanical reasoning and ability to select appropriate procedures, tools, and equipmentAbility to apply product and process knowledge to new techniques and work effectively in a teamPay Range$13.00 - $16.41/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
