Family Medicine Physician — Sign-On, Relocation & CME
Primary Care Physician – Oswego County
Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified or board‑eligible Physician to join our expanding Primary Care team and drive practice growth within Oswego County. In this family medicine role, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting medical histories and physical exams, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, developing evidence-based treatment plans, ordering diagnostic tests, and coordinating specialty referrals as needed. You will manage a diverse panel of new and established patients, supported by a collaborative team of administrators, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and dedicated support staff.
Compensation and Benefits
Highly competitive salary range of $255,000 – $275,000 plus wRVU model
Sign‑on bonus, reimbursement for relocation and student loans (if applicable)
