Job Details:Director of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations125-160,000 and BonusA rapidly growing professional advisory organization is seeking a senior recruiting leader to oversee enterprise-wide hiring strategy and execution. This individual will lead efforts to strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruiting operations, and build scalable sourcing strategies across multiple business functions.
