Senior HR Director (Direct Hire Role)Location: Dallas, TX areaCompensation: $150,000-$195,000Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources who will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the organization’s people strategy, with a strong emphasis on corporate compliance, risk management, and scalable HR operations. This role ensures adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements while building and maintaining best-in-class HR programs that support business growth. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in employment law and compliance, with experience navigating complex regulatory environments, and preferably brings international HR exposure across multiple regions.Required Skills & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level roles. • Deep expertise in U.S. employment law and corporate compliance. • Proven experience managing risk, audits, and regulatory compliance programs. • Strong leadership and team development experience. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have Skills & Experience• Experience supporting international or multi-country HR operations. • Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or Master’s in HR or related field). • HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
