Job DescriptionJob Title: SAP BRIM Solution AMS Lead (RAR & Basis Focus)Location: Onsite (Any location is fine. Dallas, TX will be preferred)Quantity: 1Job SummaryThe SAP BRIM AMS Lead is responsible for the overall stability, maintenance, enhancement, and support of the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) landscape, with a heavy emphasis on integrating Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), and Subscription Order Management (SOM) with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to ensure IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliance. This role involves leading a support team, managing complex month-end close processes, and ensuring optimal SAP Basis performance for high-volume transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport & Maintenance: Lead the AMS team to provide 24/7 support for BRIM components (SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA) and RAR.RAR Focus: Manage and configure SAP RAR integration with BRIM to ensure accurate revenue accounting, contract management, performance obligation (POB) lifecycle, and event-based revenue recognition.Month-End Closure: Lead RAR month-end/year-end closing activities, including reconciling FICA/CI figures with RAR.Functional Expertise: Configure and troubleshoot BRIM CI/CC/SOM, including Billable Item Management, charging plans, and subscription lifecycle management (renewal, cancellation).Basis Coordination: Work closely with the BASIS team to monitor system health, manage transport management, apply support packages, and optimize database/application performance for high-volume billing.RCA & Enhancements: Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex issues and lead the design/implementation of enhancements, Change Requests (CRs), and BRF+ rule changes.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: 10 + years in SAP Finance/Billing, with at least 5+ years in SAP RAR and 5+ years in SAP BRIM (SOM/CI/CC).Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance.RAR Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS 15/ASC 606 standards and hands-on experience in RAR configuration.BRIM Knowledge: Strong experience with CI/FICA, CC, and SOM.Basis Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of SAP Basis (S/4HANA), specifically regarding performance tuning, transport management, and monitoring.Technical Proficiency: Experience with BRF+, debugging, and writing functional specifications.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to mentor junior team members and interact with stakeholders.Implementation: At least two full-cycle implementation or support projects in S/4HANA.Preferred QualificationsSAP BRIM or RAR certification.Experience with SAP Fiori, Data Migration (LSMW/BAPI), and ABAP on HANA.Experience in the Telecom or Utility industry.QualificationsBERange Of Year Experience-Min Year15Range Of Year Experience-Max Year20
