The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver SAP Service Cloud solutions, gather requirements, configure the system, and support testing and deployment activities.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support SAP Service Cloud solutionsGather and analyze business requirementsWork with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersSupport testing, training, and deployment activitiesProvide issue resolution and ongoing system supportRequired Skills:Hands-on experience with SAP Service CloudStrong communication and client-facing skillsExperience in implementation and support projectsAbility to work independently and in team environmentsTravel Requirement:Must be willing to travel up to 100% within the USA.
