Senior Principle Solution Train Engineer

Leads as the highest authority on the implementation and optimization of the Scaled Agile framework on the Program. Leads Program-level Scrum-of-Scrums to manage impediments. Implements the program and release level processes for multiple Agile Release Trains demonstrating servant leadership combined with domain knowledge and technical experience. Conduct and lead quarterly program events and activities including Program Increment (PI) Planning, lessons learned from previous PI, and creation of the Release and Build Plans. Mentors and coaches Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Scrum Masters. Guides design and technology maturity constraints of the system in accordance with customer and stakeholder priorities. Manages and optimizes the flow of value of the Solution Train and Agile Release Train using a variety of tools and methods to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
