A company is looking for a Senior Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of educational assessment activities. Key Responsibilities Heads technical operational and research projects Plans, coordinates, and performs statistical review for projects Provides guidance and oversight to project staff on technical aspects Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field Advanced training in Psychometric research and Statistics At least 4 years of professional experience with assessment systems Ability to work effectively as a team member in a consulting environment
