🚨 NOW HIRING: Full Stack Developer – AI Training Project📍 Permanent Remote - United States (subject to approved work locations).💼 Engagement Type: Contract – W2📅 Contract Duration: 3 Months🕒 Experience: 4+ Years. - We are seeking skilled Full Stack Developers to support an innovative project focused on training next-generation AI systems.- No prior AI experience is required - your end-to-end software development expertise is what matters.- In this role, you will create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on practical full-stack software engineering problems spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. 🔹 SCOPE OF WORK:• Develop clear code samples, debugging approaches, and technical solutions across frontend and backend.• Work with technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python3, Java, and Go.• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs across the UI, API, and database layers.• Build small to medium-sized features end-to-end, from user interface through the data layer.• Improve existing frontend and backend code for better readability, consistency, reliability, and maintainability.• Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for full-stack software problems.• Document your reasoning, development approach, and code decisions to support AI training data quality.• Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness, quality, and clarity. 🔹 REQUIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• 1+ years of hands-on experience building both frontend and backend applications.• Experience with at least one frontend framework:• React• Vue• Angular• Experience with at least one backend stack:• Node.js / Express• Python / Django / Flask• Java / Spring• Similar backend frameworks.• Strong understanding of how frontend and backend systems communicate through APIs.• Ability to debug issues across the frontend/backend boundary.• Good understanding of full-stack application development and data flow.• Strong documentation and communication skills.• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and problem-solving approaches.• Interest in or curiosity about AI and emerging technologies is a plus. 🔹 RELEVANT SKILLS:• Node.js• TypeScript• React• Angular• Go / Golang• API Integrations• FastAPI• REST API• React Native• Shopify• WordPress• Nest.js.
