Role Description We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Outside Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering compelling sales presentations, and driving new business development. This role will also include providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to support client needs effectively. You will be instrumental in promoting our commitment to quality and reliability and helping our clients achieve success. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Presentations, including the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clientsSkills in Relationship Building and cultivating long-term professional connections with clients and partnersStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs and ensure satisfactionExperience in New Business Development, with an ability to identify opportunities and close sales dealsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skillsFamiliarity with the building materials or construction industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for client visits
