Youth & Family Program Director

Under the Supervision of the Executive Director, the Youth and Family Program Director is responsible overall operations of youth development programs including Youth Sports, Rockwall, Teen Programs, Youth Enrichment Programs, Family Events, Party Rentals, and Summer Day Camp.The position will focus on building cohesive relationships in the community and with local schools, increasing enrollment in all program areas, developing new programs, and supervising part-time and seasonal staff. This is a leadership level position and will work with Association program teams, branch leadership team and will manage the department budgets. This role also serves as Camp Director during the summer for day camp.Minimum of 3 years' successful experience as a supervisor and manager within the YMCA or equivalent experience outside the YMCA.J-18808-Ljbffr
