We offer the kind of original, useful products that only Casio can.We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Sales & Marketing – ETD to support the growth of our Education Technology Division (ETD), with a strong focus on K-12 and Higher Education markets.This role will lead education-focused marketing initiatives, support customer relationship strategies, and help expand market presence through engagement with educators, school districts, curriculum leaders, reseller partners, and educational organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of education purchasing cycles, classroom technology trends, and digital marketing strategy.This position works closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business Development to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across both hardware and software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies targeting K-12 and Higher Education markets.Partner with Digital Marketing and Sales teams to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.Build relationships with educators, curriculum leaders, school administrators, reseller partners, and educational organizations.Support education-focused campaigns, educator outreach programs, classroom implementation initiatives, and customer engagement activities.Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive developments within the education technology landscape.Generate actionable market research and recommendations to support business growth and product positioning.Collaborate on CRM-driven initiatives including lead generation, customer tracking, webinars, and communication campaigns.Assist in the development of strategic partnerships and new business opportunities within the education sector.Support marketing efforts related to classroom technology, STEM education, digital curriculum tools, and emerging EdTech solutions.Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and marketing updates to leadership teams.Represent the company at education conferences, trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings as needed.Travel approximately 10% as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or related functions.Experience supporting education-focused products, services, or markets strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, CRM tools, and customer engagement initiatives.Understanding of K-12 and/or Higher Education purchasing environments and sales cycles preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment.LOCATIONThis role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Jersey City, NJ office.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
