This role will oversee the digital marketing efforts for our company and our affiliated sister companies (four total). This position is crucial in driving our marketing efforts across various platforms, including social media, blog posts, PPC, email campaigns, and traditional print marketing. The ideal candidate will be innovative, data-driven, and capable of implementing strategies that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites and generate quality leads. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to two ecommerce sites. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI. Create and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Design and manage email drip campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers. Oversee traditional print marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with digital strategies and brand consistency. Requirements: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns. Expertise in social media management and advertising (e.g. LinkedIn). Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and understanding of SEO principles. Experience in developing and executing email marketing strategies, including segmentation and automation. Familiarity with traditional print marketing and its integration with digital campaigns. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly. Working knowledge of AI content generation technologies such as ChatGPT, Canva Magic Design, and Synthesia. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with on-site and remote colleagues. Additional Information: This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week in our office located in Muskogee, OK.
