Title: Business Execution Consultant Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension) Location: Charlotte NC /Dallas TX /Chandler AZ (Hybrid) W2 Candidates ONLY Description: Seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in the Secure Network Service Management organization to perform analysis, review data files, create reporting and support Change Management and Service Reliability functions for the organization. The candidate will need to have the ability to create documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed. Prior experience with support of Change Management/Major Incident/Problem management is required. ServiceNow experience in those disciplines is a plus. In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution. Required Qualifications: 4 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
