Senior Change Implementation Consultant

About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Consultant responsible for determining and communicating the scope of testing for functional changes, creation, and execution of test cases for both manual and automation, identification and resolution of functionality defects as part of the Agile project methodology for Loan Origination and supporting systems. This role will coordinate production validation of functional changes with Line of Business (LOB) users by creating checkout scripts, preparation of LOB users for expectation as well as triaging and tracking functionality defects. Provide leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to less senior team members to ensure effective execution of responsibilities and adherence to best practices.In This Role, You WillParticipate in complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementationApply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful deliveryReview basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systemsIdentify, and provide effective training methodsParticipate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activitiesPresent recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirementsProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impactDevelop communication and training plansIdentify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessaryIdentify best practices and recommend new workflows and proceduresPerform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategyProvide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plansProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to teamInteract with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategyCollaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve functional changes, and achieve goalsServe as a mentorRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Knowledge of project lifecycleUnderstanding of quality assurance or user testing methodologiesExperience with user testing participationKnowledge of Credit Application process for Small BusinessKnowledge of Project and Defect Tools including JiraUtilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to optimize business processes, increase efficiency, and support data-driven insights.Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau reporting to support data analysis and performance insightsProvide leadership over operational processes to ensure work is completed on time, effectively prioritizing tasks and directing the daily work activities of team members.Provide clear and timely communication to leadership and stakeholders regarding progress, issues, and resolution outcomesJob Expectations:Test and Checkout Script Creation for either manual or automationTest data creation and conditioningUser Acceptance Testing executionCreate and Deliver Subject Matter Expert WalkthroughDefect Triage/Management/ResolutionPosition Locations:11625 N Community House Rd Charlotte, NC 282772700 S Price Rd Chandler, AZ 85286550 S 4th St Minneapolis, MN 5541511602 N Black Canyon Hwy Phoenix, AZ 85029Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
