The company's culture is rooted in safety, accountability, and a commitment to quality — making them a preferred partner for major general contractors on some of the most demanding builds in the region.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent with a proven track record leading large-scale commercial electrical construction projects valued at $20M or more. In this role, you will own all field operations — directing superintendents, foremen, and field crews across complex, multi-phase project sites while ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Day-to-day, you will work in close coordination with Project Managers, General Contractors, and clients to drive execution and resolve field-level challenges before they become delays. You will lead manpower planning, workforce allocation, and production tracking, while enforcing rigorous safety and installation standards across your sites.The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who thrives in high-stakes construction environments, has deep experience in data center or mission-critical builds, and brings the discipline and communication skills to manage large crews and deliver results. This is a relocation opportunity — candidates must be willing to relocate to one of our client's Texas markets.Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations on large-scale commercial electrical construction projects.Manage superintendents, foremen, and field crews across multiple job sites.Drive execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards on all assigned projects.Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee manpower planning, productivity tracking, and workforce allocation.Enforce safety compliance and maintain high-quality installation standards at all times.Conduct progress meetings, site walks, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and potential cost overruns proactively.Required Experience/Skills10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience (commercial only — no residential, industrial-only, or solar-only backgrounds).Must have led a minimum of 3 individual projects each valued at $20M+ (cumulative project experience will not be considered).Proven ability to manage large field teams, including 50+ personnel on-site.Strong background in complex, multi-phase large-scale commercial electrical builds.Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred.Deep knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and field scheduling.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Must be willing and able to relocate to Texas (candidates currently located in Texas will not be considered).Must not be currently employed by Hays Electrical, Humphreys & Associates, or MMR.Nice-to-HavesData center or hyperscale construction experience.Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management platforms.Experience working alongside major national general contractors.Familiarity with mission-critical facility standards and owner-driven quality requirements.EducationIEC, NJATC, or equivalent electrical trade education or apprenticeship preferred.Formal education in Construction Management or a related field is a plus but not required given equivalent field experience.Preferred CertificationsTexas Electrical License preferred.OSHA 30 certification preferred.IEC or equivalent trade certification preferred.What Success Looks LikeConsistent delivery of $20M+ projects on time and on budget.Strong field leadership resulting in high-performing, well-organized crews.Minimal rework and strong ongoing relationships with clients and general contractors.Pay & Benefits SummaryCompensation commensurate with experience — competitive with top-tier commercial electrical construction roles.Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.Vehicle allowance or company truck program (confirm with client).Performance-based bonus structure (confirm with client).Comprehensive health benefits package (confirm with client).401(k) and retirement benefits (confirm with client).To Be Considered — Required Submission DetailsAll candidates must provide the following to be reviewed:Work History — Minimum 10 years, with all roles clearly listed by title and tenure (even multiple roles within the same company).Construction Software — List of platforms used with proficiency level (Beginner / Intermediate / Proficient / Expert).Project Experience (Last 10 Years) — For each project, include: Project Name or type/location if under NDA; Role on Project (e.g., Superintendent, Lead Superintendent); Project Duration (e.g., 2021–2023); Direct Reports (e.g., 2 Superintendents, 4 Foremen).Apply NowIf you are an experienced field leader ready to take on high-profile, large-scale electrical construction projects in Texas, we want to hear from you.
