In this role, you will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairsTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical discrepanciesExecute line maintenance tasks including A-checks, overnight checks, and service checksEnsure all work complies with FAA regulations and company safety standardsAccurately complete maintenance documentation and logbook entriesSupport aircraft-on-ground (AOG) recovery efforts as neededWork collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goalsQualificationsFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License requiredPrevious commercial aircraft maintenance experience preferredStrong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance proceduresAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsWillingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel if requiredStrong commitment to safety, quality, and teamworkPreferred ExperienceExperience with Boeing and/or Airbus aircraftLine maintenance or AOG experienceFamiliarity with FAR Part 121 or 145 operations
