Equity Execution & Operations Associate - Remote (Required to be sitting on East Coast!)We are partnering with a growing broker-dealer and institutional trading platform seeking an Equity Execution & Operations Associate to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of electronic trading, middle office, and operations support within a fast-paced, high-volume environment handling approximately $2B in monthly trading activity. The firm has a strong presence in correspondent clearing and prime brokerage and is continuing to expand internationally, including recently onboarding its first correspondent clearing client in Asia.Schedule:Remote opportunity (required to be sitting on East Coast due to hours)Early market hours schedule beginning around 5:00 AM ETTypically finished no later than 4:00 PM ET, often earlierResponsibilities:Support equity trading and electronic execution workflowsMonitor and resolve trade breaks and reconciliation issuesLiaise directly with institutional clients via BloombergCoordinate with Broadridge and internal stakeholders on operational mattersProcess and support corporate actions activitiesAssist with correspondent clearing and prime brokerage operationsEnsure timely settlement and accurate trade lifecycle processingWork cross-functionally with trading, operations, and client service teamsSupport high-volume daily trading activity in a time-sensitive environmentQualifications:3-7 years of experience within equity operations, trade support, middle office, or prime brokerage operationsKnowledge of correspondent clearing and institutional brokerage environmentsFamiliarity with electronic trading workflows and equity execution supportExperience using Bloomberg for client communication and issue resolutionExposure to Broadridge platforms and operational systemsUnderstanding of trade settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actionsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skills*Candidates from institutional broker-dealers, electronic trading firms, clearing firms, or prime brokerage environments are highly encouraged to apply.
