Office Administrative Assistant

Office Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, screen and direct them, return calls, and take messages as needed.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, greeting and assisting visitors.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and company events and ensure efficient operation and maintenance of office equipment.
Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Handle shipping, track shipments, accept deliveries, and manage daily mail organization and distribution.
Assist in preparing and distributing project setups, proposals/bids, and provide travel support.
Perform routine administrative tasks including word processing, data entry, and assist with work overflow.
Coordinate special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Office Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other electronic devices.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, highly organized, and creative.
Superior time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling confidential information.
Professional attitude and demeanor.
