The Assistant will support daily business operations, including organizing inventory, preparing and packaging skincare products, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Responsibilities may include assisting with order fulfillment, shipping preparation, and basic administrative tasks such as data entry, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining simple records. The role may also involve coordinating supplies, supporting simple marketing activities (such as labeling or basic social media support), and providing general support to the owner or manager as needed.Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and follow clear procedures.Attention to detail and quality control when handling products, packaging, and order fulfillment.Basic computer literacy, including email, spreadsheets, and online tools used for order tracking or communication.Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and customers.Reliability in attending scheduled on-site shifts in Maui and the ability to work independently when remote.Comfort with light physical tasks, such as standing for periods of time, lifting modest boxes, and organizing inventory.Comfort lifting tables, tents, and other vendor items up to 50 poundsInterest in skincare, wellness, or locally made products is helpful, as is prior experience in retail, production, or small business environments.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; eligibility to work in the U.S. required.
