Find your future with us.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level and Associate Structural Analyst Engineer to join the F-22 Air Vehicle Engineering team located in Berkeley, Missouri.The F-22 Raptor is the first of its kind, fifth generation fighter combining super-cruise, super-maneuverability, stealth, and sensor fusion. A successful member of this team will understand and execute sustainment and modernization efforts for the F-22 Raptor to maintain air dominance for decades to come.The candidate will conduct stress analyses of aircraft assemblies’ primary structure, and work in a team environment collaborating with other engineering disciplines. This role may also support test execution and analyses/reports to validate systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Responsibilities include verifying structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance, including support of in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.Position Responsibilities:Performs basic structural analysis using well defined analysis tools to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performanceSupports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specificationsSupports modernization activities to maintain air dominance for decades to comeDefines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfiedSupports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.Works under general supervisionOccasional travel required to support the USAF customer and the F-22 Air VehicleBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)College coursework and/or work experience in Structural AnalysisPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1+ years of higher education and/or related work experience do you have?
