Journeyman Qlik Developer

Clearance: Candidates must currently possess an active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred. Responsibilities: Define technical requirements, conduct analysis, and implement changes for Business Intelligence projects using Qlik. Design and develop data models to support BI initiatives. Create data visualizations, charts, and dashboards to present actionable insights to end-users. Follow and enhance BI standards across the team, staying current with Qlik product updates and best practices. Ensure optimal performance for end-users by consistently executing system performance assessments and action plans. Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and deliver high-quality results. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Familiarity with database systems, SQL queries, and programming languages like R or Python. 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, or d3.js. 3+ years of experience in Qlik data modeling and dashboard/data visualization development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Nice to Have: Recent DoD or IC-related experience.
