OverviewWe are seeking a Senior SAP Data Architect with strong expertise in SAP Analytics and SAP Datasphere to support a federal SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) enablement initiative. This role focuses on modernizing enterprise data landscapes and enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities across federal systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead hands-on delivery of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP Analytics initiatives in a federal environment • Design, build, and configure solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics tools • Develop and implement data models, integrations, and analytics solutions aligned to enterprise architectures • Execute proof-of-concept efforts demonstrating modern SAP analytics capabilities • Work directly with federal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions • Implement and validate analytics use cases using approved or anonymized datasets • Provide guidance on SAP reporting and analytics strategy, including modernization roadmaps • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment with best practices and standards Required Qualifications • U.S. Citizenship required • Active Secret clearance or higher • 6–10+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Architecture • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (including BW Bridge) • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA data modeling • Experience building CDS views and calculation views • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects and/or Analysis for Office • Experience delivering end-to-end SAP analytics solutions (design, build, testing, deployment) • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and ECC data models • Experience with BW modernization or migration to Datasphere or BW/4HANA • Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused role while collaborating with distributed teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Databricks, particularly in SAP-integrated architectures • SAP Analytics or related certifications • Experience supporting U.S. Federal or Public Sector clients • Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics or advanced data platforms Additional Information • Hybrid role with flexibility for remote work and occasional onsite collaboration at Navy Yard (DC) • Opportunity to work on high-visibility federal data modernization initiatives • Hands-on role with modern SAP tools, including Datasphere and advanced analytics platforms • Impactful work supporting data-driven transformation and AI enablement in a secure environment LI-HYBRID LI-REMOTE
