Overview of the Credit & Collections Role: Evaluate and process business-to-business credit applications and exposure Manage high-balance, high-risk accounts and resolve complex disputes Lead collections efforts on past-due accounts and assess collectability Partner with branch teams to support account resolution and reporting Utilize Excel to analyze data, track trends, and support decision-making Requirements: Experience in credit and collections (B2B preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Ability to manage high-volume, complex accounts This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of analytics and relationship management, and wants to grow within a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong long-term potential.
