Learn more at https://www.mosai.com/Position SummaryThe Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for improving seller effectiveness across Mosai's commercial organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, ensuring that reps are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and support to drive new logo growth and expansion.Job Duties:Sales Enablement & Rep CoachingPartner with sales leadership to define and implement enablement priorities aligned to GTM strategyDevelop and deliver training programs (onboarding, ongoing enablement, product updates, playbook adoption)Support frontline managers with rep coaching frameworks, tools, and best practicesReinforce adoption of the sales playbook, messaging, and sales processContent & Messaging AlignmentServe as the central owner of sales collateral strategy and governance- Partner with Marketing and Product to:- Identify gaps in current materials- Develop new content (pitch decks, ROI tools, case studies, demos)- Ensure consistency of value proposition and messaging across all assets- Maintain a centralized content library and ensure materials are easy for reps to access and useAll other job-related duties as assignedMinimum Requirements4-7+ years of SaaS sales/account management, sales enablement, or related commercial experienceExperience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferredComfortable operating in regulated industries and in private equity–backed or high-growth environments, with a data-driven and cross-functional leadership styleExcellent communication and facilitation skillsStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementExperience managing both enterprise and scaled (SMB) motionsWork EnvironmentThis role is preferred to be based in (Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices, though remote candidates will be considered). Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.Physical Demands of Our Work EnvironmentThis position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
