As we grow, we are seeking someone who will be hands on, boots on the ground, Ops Manager who wants to grow into the VP of Ops role and will play a pivitol role in driving our operational excellence and strategic initiatives. You will be the go-to person for all aspects of production, customization, and logistics, ensuring that our operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our commitment to quality.
