If so, you may be a great fit!Klēn Space is a team-orientated environment that employs people with matching values.Hours: Full-time (40 hours each week)Work days: Monday - FridayDay-time Shift: Shift 6:30 AM sharp to 3:00 PM (with 30 min lunch break)Job Site Locations: Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem & MidtownDuties and ResponsibilitiesSet goals for performance that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to cleanersOrganize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasksMonitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coachingReceive complaints and resolve problemsMaintain timekeeping and personnel recordsPass on information from upper management to employees and vice versaPrepare and submit performance reportsResponsible for company vehicle and equipmentTrain new employeesEnsure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arisesMinimum QualificationsMust have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the jobMust be a New York City resident and possess a New York Drivers LicenseMust have clean driving records and provide a NYS DMV Abstract Driving RecordMust pass a drug testMust be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services.Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)Ability to work outdoors from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.Must be age 18 or overMust have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctualityMust be able to flexible in the location assigned each weekRequirements And SkillsProven experience as supervisor or relevant roleFamiliarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsTech savvy with iPadsMUST have valid NYS Driver License and a clean driving record with two years of driving experience in New York City.AccommodationCandidates for the position should be able to perform essential job duties in described work environment with or without accommodation.
