We partner with clients to shape places people truly experience-homes, neighborhoods, communities, and workplaces that feel intentional, human, and rooted in purpose.Our firm is steadily growing and our Raleigh office is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to focus on the exciting work of helping that growth.Responsibilities:Collaborate with team leaders and management to understand hiring needs and create job descriptionsCreate, post, and maintain job listings on LinkedIn Recruiter, various industry specific platforms, and the careers page of our websiteOrganize career fairs, including scheduling, preparing supplies, and follow-upResponsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including initial contact, interview scheduling, and post-interview feedback and candidate follow-upAdminister and maintain our ATS, including reviewing candidates and troubleshooting user issuesCoordinate and plan recruiting events, including scheduling, preparing supplies, and follow-upBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsTrack and report on recruiting metricsCoordinate the entire Onboarding process, including pre-hire communication with candidates, creating Orientation schedules, and processing compliance paperwork including I-9 verificationAssist in maintaining HR records in compliance with state and federal lawsBe point of contact for external staffing agenciesAssist with improving efficiency of HR workflows, whenever possibleSupport benefits and leave administration as neededHelp maintain the HR page of our IntranetAssist with special projects as needed, including employee handbook updates, coordinating HR events, and implementing new HR toolsAssist with attrition records and analysisAssist with compensation analysis, including gathering market data and supporting salary benchmarking for new hires and internal positionsJob responsibilities within our HR team are dynamic and this is an incomplete list of duties, other duties may be assignedRequirements:3-5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting with experience managing recruiting from beginning to endAbility to multi-task and prioritize and pivot while remaining detail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and AdobeProven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismArchitecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) experience is a plusAbility and willingness to travel occasionallyExperience with recruiting data, automation, and AI-enabled tools is a plusBenefitsWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, supplementary insurance, flexible spending accounts, and 401k with company match.
