Senior Customer Success Manager

We help multi-billion dollar enterprises in retail, distribution, and manufacturing move beyond static, averaged P&Ls to see the granular profitability of every single transaction. Our platform assigns general ledger costs to every invoice line, uncovering profit peaks and profit drains that traditional systems cannot find. The Role We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (Financial Strategy & Analytics) who is essentially a Strategy Consultant in CSM clothing. You won't just be managing renewals; you will be the primary strategic advisor to CFOs and Finance VPs. You will leverage your deep FP&A background to translate complex data into actionable profit improvements, helping our clients realize millions of dollars in bottom-line value. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory: Act as a \"fractional consultant\" for a portfolio of enterprise clients, leveraging Profit Isle data to solve critical business problems related to pricing, supply chain, and customer segmentation. Executive Partnership: Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with CFOs and finance leadership, connecting platform insights to the client’s core strategic objectives. Financial Storytelling: Distill transaction-level data into high-level narratives. You must be able to explain why a certain product or channel is losing money and how the client can fix it. Value Realization: Own the \"Profit Roadmap\" for each customer. Understand the flow of data to value for each customer and ensure they are not just using the tool, but actually driving their processes with Profit Isle insights to capture identified profit opportunities. Product Advocacy: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure our AI-driven recommendations stay aligned with the evolving needs of modern Finance teams. Candidate Qualifications FP&A Core: 5+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Analytics. You must have a deep understanding of P&L structures, variance analysis, and driver-based forecasting. Consulting Pedigree: Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in a top-tier management or finance consulting firm. You are comfortable with ambiguous problems and structured \"consultative\" frameworks. Data Literacy: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills are a baseline. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) or financial modeling software is highly preferred. Communication: Proven ability to command a room of C-suite executives. You are a \"high-empathy, high-candor\" communicator. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus. Why Profit Isle?
