We are seeking a technical leader with executive presence to drive cross-functional initiatives, deliver our strategic roadmap, and build end-to-end capabilities that delight customers.Key Requirements:Experience: 7–10+ years of Tech Program Management experience in software/tech, specifically within a Customer Experience environment (web, voice, and messaging).Domain Expertise: Proven track record in interactive customer experiences, including WhatsApp outreach, inbound IVR automation (Amazon Connect), and Sales/CX platforms.Methodologies: Mastery of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks—knowing exactly when and how to deploy them for program success.Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead multi-discipline teams, navigate ambiguity, and build trust with senior leadership.Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred). PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PgMP certifications are a major plus.
