Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. A leading elementary school near Dorchester, MA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, contract opportunity available immediately through the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. This role offers a flexible schedule—work two days per week, Monday through Friday, based on your availability.Key Qualifications:Active BCBA certificationExperience in public school settings strongly preferredDemonstrated background in supporting students with behavioral needs and designing/implementing behavior intervention strategiesExcellent collaboration and communication abilities for working with classroom teams, students, and multidisciplinary staffCreative, compassionate, and team-oriented approachRole Responsibilities:Deliver consultation services to staff and students for approximately 29 students (grades 2–5 and middle school)Update and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with IEPsGuide classroom teams in the application of behavioral strategies and interventionsWork in partnership with special education staff and administration to foster positive, supportive learning environmentsFocus on consultation, behavioral intervention support, and ensuring ongoing stability and support in classroomsYou will have the chance to positively impact both students and staff while collaborating in a supportive school community.
